The occupancy limit for this house is 6 people. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. Bring your own sheets, bath towels, and beach towels.
The house is smoke-free, and we don’t allow pets.
Sunset Beach is great for biking, so we recommend you bring your bikes. Or you can rent some from Island Hoppers 910-579-1766 (they will deliver).
WiFi connection information is in the white notebook in the house.
We now have a smart TV. You can use your streaming service or choose from the smart TV channels. You can also choose cable TV (which will not be an option from FOCUS Broadband after this year). And if you want to cast from a device, choose Chromecast. Use the TCL controller for all these options. Volume control is on the side. We do not subscribe to Roku TV.
During Summer, Sunset Beach Island garbage pickup is Wednesday & Saturday. Recycling pickup is Saturday. Calendar is posted on the refrigerator.
